Hey,
Today for Summer learning journey 2020 we made a new outfit for Santa and I made one called Santa's Funky outfit.
It was really fun and I liked how you could design it anyway you wanted.

Kia Ora Amelia,
ReplyDeleteMy name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the Summer Learning Journey.
Now this is a funky outfit!!! If I saw Santa wearing this I would be speechless because of how outrageous and cool he looks. I like that your outfit not only looks cool but it is also sun safe with the hat, sunblock and shades, definitely sun smart. The skateboard is my favourite piece, I can just imagine Santa cruising down the street delivering his presents.
What was your inspiration for this outfit? Did you just think of the funkiest clothes you could imagine?
Keep up the great work and I hope to see more of your posts over the summer.
Ngā mihi nui,
Zana Yates
I actually don't know what my inspiration was and I probably could think of something different that was more funky like an ugly sweater!
DeleteKia ora Amelia,
ReplyDeleteLike Zana I think I would be pretty surprised if I saw Santa wearing this outfit. It's so colourful but practical. Ruldoph would no longer be the brightest thing in the sky if he did wear this. Though today, he might need a jacket due to the rain.
I am loving your blogging Amelia! It is so great to see you engaged with the summer learning journey. Remember, you can get extra points by commenting on other people's blogs. Have a look at the comments on the posts for the activities ... I think people are posting their blogs there.
Keep up the great learning and blogging,
:) Sharon - Te Ara Tūhura Education Programme Leader
Thanks for commenting I am really enjoying the tasks!
