Tricky tennis ball!

Hi
This is a video of Me and my Mum playing with my tennis ball!
This lockdown I learned how to catch a ball quickly and now I can!
What have you learned to do in lockdown?

  1. Nice work learning to catch a fast ball, it gets tricky when it gets faster eh! I used to play a game with a bouncy ball that had chunks missing from it so it bounced in random directions. I'd bounce it against a wall then try and catch it as it flew off in different directions. Can you think of a way you could make your tennis ball catching harder?

  2. Super impressed chicky! It was a good challenge to be able to achieve. Next time Mr Shaw asks you to catch the ball you can confidently do it! x

  3. Maybe Mum can start throwing the ball out to the sides, or high and low, adding some extra challenges and skills in keeping your eye on the ball. You could also play 'donkey'. I must have a look for the odd ball - now there is a challenge!
