I love the effort that you put into this Amelia! You concentrated really hard on how to blend the colours together. You should be very proud of this drawing. John will love that water paint brush he gave you is being used. Love mum x
ReplyDeleteThank you!
DeleteHi Amelia how are you enjoying being home schooled at the moment. I really liked the picture you drew of the sloth. I know you like sloths and that you have researched about the animal sloths at the library. You told me that sloths are slow moving but how often do they come down out of the tree they live in?
ReplyDeleteThey come down thier tree 1nce week to do a doodle!
DeleteHi Amelia, this is a great drawing. I am reading a book at the moment about prehistoric America and there is a lot about the giant ground sloth [Megatherium] which was living at this time. About 13,000 years ago. They could weigh up to 4 tonnes and grow up to 6 metres in length. You might like to do some research on this fascinating animal.
ReplyDeleteCool
DeleteA FACT: MOST WALKED ON THE SIDES OF THEIR HIND FEET.
Hi Amelia. Well, your interest in sloths continues! I love the drawing. I always thought of sloths are lazy, but maybe its just that they are slow. Have you ever heard the saying, 'slothful'. It usually refers to someone who is lazy.
ReplyDeleteI am quite slothful some times!
DeleteCool sloth :) if you turn it upside down, it looks like its a sloth doing yoga on a green mat!
ReplyDeleteHi Amelia
ReplyDeleteYou are so busy working at home! It sounds like you are loving what you are doing. I love sloths too, especially the look they have on their faces. They remind me of someone who has cut their fringe too short!! :) Probably what I will look like in another few weeks if I have to cut my own fringe!!!
You are so lucky having such a cool Mum and Dad who can help you with the digital things like these animals. Very cool!
Wow Amelia I love you're sloth!
