Moon Run Fun!!!

Hello,

Last weekend I did a 2km run in Bottle Lake Forest. It took me 10 minutes and 57 seconds. My last time was 12 minutes and 57 seconds, so I was 2 minutes faster than last time! It took lots of determination becuase I set myself a goal of beating my last time.

It was really fun but hard at the end close to the finish line. Hope you enjoy the images :) Have you done a run in the forest at night?

  2. Hi Amelia,
Thank you for sharing your run experience with us, I love running in bottle lake forest because it is so peaceful. I haven't done a race in the forest before but it sounds really fun!

Your last time of 12 minutes in really fast and to beat that by 2 minutes is so cool! Having a goal to beat your last time is a really good idea because it can help push you harder, did you find it helped having a goal?

Including the images is a really cool idea, your placing's are really good, good job!

  3. Congratulations Amelia, big achievement. It takes a lot of determination to do things like that, well done. I am so proud of you for beating your time on your second run. 7 of 17 that is pretty good, nice job! I am happy to see that you wrote in your blurb that you set yourself a goal, it is very important to set a goal at the beginning of something. It is even better when you achieve your goal. You are so amazing to keep going even if you felt like giving up at the end mahi pai! :) I have actually done a run at night in a forest, I did it at Lake Kaniere with my Cousin. If you were to do that run again what would you do differently and why?

Have a great Friday Amelia!♡ From Italy
